I wish I would have paid attention to the bad reviews. I ordered the trailer I wanted and was told 4-5 weeks max because they would put it with their stock order. Well I called at 5 weeks and still no trailer and the sales guy was too busy to give me a total that I owed when it came in. Called at 6 weeks no return call so I called again, still no trailer. Called at 7 weeks, trailer is in. Drove 130 miles to pick it up, trailer had options on it I did not want and no options that I did want. I was told the manufacturer messed up the order. I needed the trailer so I hooked up to it, the spare was not there so I asked about that and had to show them the quote with the spare on it. Finally got it after 20 minutes, salesman said trailer was going to be the same price with the extra options. I figured it was the least they could do, well guess what it was almost $200 more and I was given a story that it was extra freight??? I also asked why the load trail stickers were pulled off and the sales person finally admitted it was not my trailer and mine would not be in for another week!!! By this time I am more than a little upset. I HATE being lied to. Anyway I was getting ready to leave then the salesman said I did not give him the check! On top of everything else!! They had misplaced it, then found it. There is more but by now you get the idea. It would be hard to make something like this up!! Buy somewhere else and do yourself a favor.

I called on a Wednesday before the Forth of July weekend and explained a predicament that I was in. I needed a trailer to pick up a vehicle up North. I had been looking at trailers for a couple weeks and had a good idea of what price I was going to pay. I spoke to a salesman who quoted me a price of $2200 OUT THE DOOR. When I arrived after work we started the paperwork and I hooked up the trailer. After the trailer was hooked to my truck the salesman gave me a bill for $2798. This paid for the taxes as well as the plates. I explained my frustration being put in the position where I could not go anywhere else to get a trailer at this time of day. Unheard. My issue is that I was given a song and dance to get me in the store, and then the rug pulled from underneath me. I have a trailer dealership one mile from my home that I could have purchased a much nicer trailer for a similar price. Beck's is an hour and a half away! This is a shady way to do business. BUYER BEWARE!
