I was trying to buy a used 2009 Legend all aluminum enclosed trailer from these guys. Saw the trailer on their website and contacted them for a price. Never did get a price as they wanted to know if I was financing because different lenders have different costs and they wanted me to get the best possible price. Told them I had $2500 down and would finance the rest and then the guy said he tried to call me all afternoon to get me financed which was a lie because my phone never rang once and still no price. Sent another e-mail to them and said I secured my own loan thru my bank and it would be a cash deal. Guy returned my e-mail and said trailer was sold. What a crock of sh*t. Called them today and talked to a different guy and he said they still had the trailer and it was never sold. Asked him for a price and the first thing he asked if I was financing and i said no and he hung up. WTF? I'd sure like to buy a trailer but I guess not from there?!
Anyone know of a place to buy a nice 7x19 trailer?

I can be assured that the same tactics are in place.. I am not writing this post to bash Becks Trailer Sales I am doing this post because I think if anyone that does the right amount of research you can dig anything up on anyone. I am writing this to show this is the main thing to watch for when buying a trailer from them.
Lets look a little further back in time like in 2005 And see what is up with Becks!
Wow I feel you Poolman the ol Bait and switch move.. what a bad way to feel after driving so far to get a Snwomobile trailer. Well only if you would have known of a better place at the time eh....ORIGINAL POST LINK

BECKS IN ST JOHNS ADVERTISING 2 PLACE TRAILERS FOR $649. CALLED TWICE TO MAKE SURE THE HAD THEM, MAKE THE ALMOST 2 HR DRIVE FROM DETROIT JUST TO FIND OUT THEY DONT OR NEVER DID HAVE TRAILERS FOR $649 THEY ARE $847 DUE TO FREIGHT AND ASSEMBLY WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THE AD OR IN THE 2 PHONE CONVERSATIONS I HAD WITH THEM.WHEN CONFRONTED WITH THE AD GUY CHANGES HIS TUNE AND SAYS HE IS NOT IN CHARGE OF ADVERTISING AND THEY ARE OUT OF THE $649 MODELS,BUT PIC IN AD IS IDENTICAL TO ALL TRAILERS ON THE LOT AND THE ARE NOT WILLING TO TRY AND HELP AT ALL.

When he quoted me a price far higher than what he had implied it would be I got up to leave. At this point he called me an ass!
Follow this up with rude emails afterwards for a well rounded bad experience.
Even IF they had better prices I would steer clear. I ended up stopping by their competitor down the road(US27) and getting a great deal on a trailer that had more than what I was looking for at a far better price.
